Pack the Items

Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all tags intact, and place it back in the original packaging or a secure courier bag.

Handover to Courier

Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment receipt.

Quality Check & Refund

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
